Logan is an enthusiastic entrepreneur with experience starting, developing, and managing real estate investment companies as a high-level business operator and growth strategist. Dedicated to helping Keyroo keep up with rapidly growing demand for the company’s services, Logan ensures that all divisions of the business are optimized and performing. His ability to construct optimal workflows and enforce scalable systems in fast-growing entrepreneurial ventures continuously allows the company to outperform its competitors.
Prior to founding Keyroo, Logan graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A degree in finance and a B.A. degree in economics from the Cox School of Business. The following year, Logan then earned his Master of Science in Finance, also from the Cox School of Business before starting as an Investment Sales Agent with a local real estate investment group. When he left to start his first business, he led his team to close more than $8.2M in acquisitions within the first 90 days of the company. In his entrepreneurial career, Logan has transacted on over 350 real estate investment properties, including multifamily and residential assets, for more than $60M in volume.
As a serial overachiever, Clyde brings the energy and experience needed to scale Keyroo to become a national player in the residential real estate market. Clyde has spent the past 4 years working at Ernst & Young, advising and implementing business processes at some of the nation’s largest publicly traded companies. His background in process automation and people management has allowed him to develop leading practices in strategy development, incentivization programs, project management, and next-wave technology solutions. Clyde has a passion for building business systems that rapidly scale companies, and he does this by building a culture relentlessly focused on the continuous improvement of people, processes, and technologies.
In his spare time, Clyde enjoys cooking, woodworking, exercising and hanging out with friends. He serves on his college fraternity’s national board of directors and mentors active college students in Sigma Nu. Clyde enjoys and serves in various capacities at Uptown Church, of which he was a founding member when it launched in 2020. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A. in Business Analytics.
Although Zeke is most commonly known throughout Texas as one of the Co-Owners of Keyroo, many others recognize him as the three-time Pro Bowl running back for the Dallas Cowboys. A gifted athlete and one of the greatest running backs to ever play in the NFL, Zeke is also a talented businessman with a keen eye for opportunity and an appreciation for companies that have unique, game-changing business models. That is why Zeke decided to partner with Keyroo and to help the company continue to disrupt the real estate industry with superior home selling solutions that give the power to the seller.
As Keyroo’s Acquisitions & Sales Manager, Andrew is responsible for managing the company’s entire acquisitions department, sourcing and evaluating prospective deals, and creating, documenting, and executing creative marketing strategies. Often referred to as the “Father of Acquisitions” by his team, Andrew also oversees Keyroo’s Acquisitions Specialists, including initial and ongoing training, management, and development of new hires.
After graduating from the University of North Texas with a B.A. degree in Entrepreneurship, Andrew immediately began his career as a Serial Real Estate Entrepreneur. In his 7 years as a Real Estate Investor, Andrew has been solely responsible for the successful acquisition and disposition of more than 400 residential properties. Deeply committed to helping others to achieve their goals, Andrew uses his extra hours to train, educate, and mentor others in business when he is not spending time with friends and family.
With more than 5 years of experience in the real estate investing industry, Courtney now manages all of Keyroo’s closings to ensure the proper execution of all transactional processes. Courtney’s responsibilities include managing seller relationships, title company correspondence, customer service, investor relations, scheduling, and organization.
Before joining Keyroo, Courtney received her B.A. degree in sociology from the University of Oklahoma. After graduation, Courtney shifted her focus to contributing her time as a volunteer to various charitable organizations, following her passion for helping others and giving back to her community. In addition to being a key member of Keyroo’s leadership team, Courtney continues to spend her free time and evenings facilitating intensive and supportive outpatient rehabilitation groups.
Director of Marketing
You can’t spell “marketing” without Mark… He makes it all possible for Keyroo, utilizing his expertise in brand marketing and digital advertising to drive business to the organization. His proactive approach to crafting innovative marketing solutions for Keyroo continuously pushes the company along the path to becoming a national player and industry disruptor in residential real estate.
From healthcare, entertainment and automotive to financial services, consumer products, and real estate, Mark has a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. As a Partner at Evōk Advertising, his systematic approach to accountable reporting for advertising provides clients with a robust strategy for explosive brand growth. When he’s not shaping Keyroo into an industry leader, Mark enjoys his time as an accomplished singer, songwriter, musician, husband and father.
Director of Strategy
Chad’s role is critical to Keyroo’s success in developing and executing the company’s long-term strategy. Working closely with Keyroo’s founders, Chad ensures the healthy growth of the organization through effective leadership, human capital, technology, and business relationships throughout the industry.
Chad is an established business executive and an experienced leader in the technology and strategy domain, successfully generating over $2.5 billion in revenue from transforming concepts into viable deliverable products and services. He is the founder of the Xcellence Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on teaching inner-city youth about business and leadership. Additionally, Chad has held seats on several Advisory Boards of companies across various industries. He is currently active as the CEO of C2H Capital Partners and previously held positions as CTO for L3 Harris, Head of Strategy for Land Warfare & Air Power at Raytheon Missile Defense, COO of Digital Air Technologies, and Head of Innovation for Lockheed Martin.
Head of SEO
As an expert in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), John manages all of Keyroo’s digital content to improve the quality and quantity of traffic being driven to the company’s website. His dedication to providing high-quality internet marketing, knowledge about search engine computer-programmed algorithms, and keyword use for audience targeting allow Keyroo to convert more website visitors into customers.
John is the active Head of Agency for Digital Bullet SEO, where he generates organic real estate leads for his clients. Prior to his current roles, John received his Master of Science in Digital Marketing from Northumbria University.
A veteran business consultant with more than 15 years of experience advising venture capital firms, private equity groups, banks, institutions, and corporations, John’s contributions to Keyroo’s executive team have been instrumental in the company’s development. John works closely with leadership, providing operational support and a methodical blueprint for utilizing relationships to improve the business. Through John’s immense network of highly regarded and experienced professionals, he has enhanced Keyroo’s growth potential exponentially.
In addition to his work with Keyroo, John currently serves as the CEO & Founder of Texas Capital Partners. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Xcellence Foundation and as a Chief Business Development Officer for Genvor Inc, whose company valuation has multiplied by more than 20x since John joined the team in 2017. When he is not building companies at unprecedented rates, John enjoys quiet evenings with friends, rooting for the Cowboys, and spending time with his children.
